Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Sweet Cake

If you are fond of milk sweets and crazy of paneer (cottage cheese) then you will absolutely fall in love with this sweet recipe.Check the note section at the end of the recipe where I have shared my experience while preparing this sweet and a few tips.




Ingredients
1)200 ml Milk
2)200 mg Paneer (cottage cheese)
3)200 mg Milk powder
4)200 mg sugar
(Basically all the above ingredients should be of the same quantity)


Optional Ingredients(To make it more nutritious)
1)15 Almonds(Badam)
2)10 Pista (Pistaschio)
3)10 Cashew

Procedure

1)Mix the milk powder and milk.

2)Grate the paneer.

3)Heat sugar in Kadai (frying pan) and keep stirring.After it liquifies add the grated paneer and stir.


4)Mix well and add milk and milk powder mix. Keep stirring like usual cake.


5)To make it more nutritious, grind the optional ingredients and add it to the above mixture and stir well.
If needed add a teaspoon of milk and keep stirring. Ensure no lumps are formed.

6)After it thickens and doesn't stick to the pan switch off the pan


7)Grease ghee to a plate and pour the mixture on the plate and allow it to rest for 5 to 7 minutes


8)Cut them into pieces or have them served in bowl

Note:
1)Add coco powder for chocolate flavor. This has to be added before adding the nuts mixture.
2)I used milk brand Amulya and Aavin paneer
3)Keep stirring sugar in kadai else it will harden. Do not add water as the sugar itself will liquify while stirring.
